I ordered an Orchid delivered to a friend, after the loss of her beloved pet. This was my first order from Karen's Floral Expression and I was very pleased with the experience. The orchid was gorgeous and it was delivered as requested.

Beautiful flowers, but lazy work. When you order a custom job here, apparently you have to tell them you prefer flowers go allllll the way around hahaha. His first excuse was “oh peonies are not in season, i told your wife only 4 per vase.” So i told him yeah we knew/agreed to that; but why not spread them out?? His response was “oh thats how customer wanted it done” BUDDY, WHAT? I was in the room with her when she called in the order. I dont recall her saying “yeahhh just put all flowers on one side and leave the other side boring.” This guy was pointing fingers & making every excuse possible. He should be working in Washington DC.

Just placed my first order through Karen's on Friday and it will not be my last! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous- not only the flowers I ordered, but every flower in their shop. Everything was so fresh and vibrant. Thank you for a beautiful arrangement🩷 not the best photo, I can't believe I forgot to take one when I brought them to their recipient! Look at those perfect roses!
